General Terms and Conditions:

• Welcome to Harvest iSchool, thank you for using our services.
• Our services are very diverse, so additional product terms or requirements may sometimes apply (including age requirements).
• Additional items will be available with the relevant services, and those additional items will become part of your agreement with us if you use those services, and Harvest iSchool are intended for students from kindergarten to secondary school.
• Minors (under age by country) must refer to their parents or legal guardians before entering and participating in the platform.
• Parents or legal guardians should read the terms of use and explain how they apply to or their users of our services.

These conditions apply:

• These terms of use apply to all services provided by Harvest iSchool Platform and govern the relationship between us and every user of our services.
• Please read these terms well before using Harvest iSchool platform, as your use of them means that you accept these terms and agree to abide by them, and if you do not agree to them please do not use the platform. The use of the platform by minors is subject to the consent of their parents or legal guardians to the terms and conditions of the platform and they are considered to accept these terms and they agree to abide by them implicitly if the minor creates an account on the platform or uses one of our services and therefore we advise parents or legal guardians who allow minors to use our services to communicate with them about the importance of safety and caution when using the Internet.
• We may update these terms from time to time in accordance with the latest operational or legal requirements and we will post any changes to these terms on this page.
• These conditions apply regardless of the type of device you use to obtain our services (whether it is a computer, a laptop or a mobile phone).     
• Your use of the services provided by Harvest iSchool Platform:
• Access to the Services is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or modify the service we provide on the Services without prior notice. We are not responsible for the lack of services for any reason, at any time and for any length of time.
• You are allowed to register and access the platform knowing that some of our services may be available to participating users only.
• You are solely responsible for any participation from you on our services in the form of comment, uploading a photo or external content, adding an external link or by speaking to the microphone in direct communication between you and other users or between you and the teacher/teacher.
• You are solely responsible for any content you upload to the platform to create a quota and you acknowledge that you are subjecting yourself to legal liability if it contains a violation of public morals and rules.
• You acknowledge that the services provided by Harvest iSchool Platform are intended to provide home assistance to students and that you expressly agree to comply with community principles and public morals and that Harvest iSchool Platform reserves the right to suspend your account if you do not comply with these principles at any time and without notice.
• Your right to use Harvest iSchool Platform is personal to you and you are not allowed to grant this right to anyone else to use your account under your name or on your behalf.
• All special terms and conditions apply if a free account is created on Harvest iSchool platform or paid account.
• You undertake that your participation in Harvest iSchool Platform does not prejudice any third-country rights, restrict or prohibit their use or enjoyment of the Services.
• You undertake that your use of Harvest iSchool Platform does not cause harm, inconvenience or harassment of others, either in person or in public participation, and that it does not contain any offensive or offensive material or impede the normal dialogue within the platform.
• You acknowledge that you refrain and do not encourage anyone else to make any statements or to submit any content or act on any act that includes the following:
• You undertake no to use of unacceptable, degrading language, profanity, outside words, threats or the use of a violent or fanatical method of religion, race, sex, sexual orientation, origin, disability or physical or mental condition.
• You undertake no to raise any discussions that encourage, encourage or provide harmful information relating to crime.

Fee refund policy:

• If a refund is requested before the start of the study, 10 percent of the monthly amount paid will be deducted as an administrative fee.
• If a refund is requested during the first week of study, 30 percent of the monthly amount paid will be deducted.
• There is no refund of the monthly fees after more than a week has passed from the beginning of the study. However, if the guardian pays for a full term or a full year, he is entitled to a refund of the fees for the months in which the student did not start studying. Note that in this case, the months in which the study was completed are calculated at their value. The original amount is excluding the discount granted for the term or the two terms. The guardian also bears the percentage of the bank commission resulting from the refund of the rest of the amount, which is estimated at about 4% of the amount recovered.
• In the event that the guardian requests a refund of the fees, the amount will be refunded to the same card through which the payment was made, and the guardian can request a copy of the refund from the school, noting that the amount reaches the guardian’s account within a period that may reach three weeks, and this is a matter that the school has nothing to do with. As they are bank transactions in which we have no involvement and we do not have the ability to expedite them, so in the event of a delay in refunding the amount, the guardian can contact his bank with a copy of the transfer.
